The THA communications and marketing department is responsible for the association's newsletters, membership directories, advertising, awards, annual report, district reports and media relations.
The primary focus of this department is to inform and educate THA members about association issues, programs, services and activities. It also provides valuable information that members can utilize to impact opinions of local government officials, community leaders, legislators and congressional delegation on advocacy issues. In addition, the department helps tell the hospital story and association position on legislative issues to the media to ensure the public understands the hospital position on healthcare issues.
