Tennessee Chapter of Health Care Executive Assistants 

Who We Are

The Tennessee Chapter of Health Care Executive Assistants (THCEA) is made up of professionals who provide support to executives or administrators of Tennessee health care organizations. The organization strives to be the state's premier professional and educational resource for administrative support staff. Through continuing education and networking opportunities, THCEA enables its members to positively impact the delivery of quality health care in the communities they serve.

Mission

The Tennessee Health Care Executive Assistants organization promotes and enhances the value and professional excellence of its members by providing opportunities for education, networking and recognition through innovation, collaboration, and by advocating quality health care.

Vision

To be the membership association of choice in Tennessee for administrative support staff and the premier professional and educational resource inspiring its members to positively impact the delivery of quality health care in the Tennessee communities they serve.

Affiliation

The Tennessee Chapter of Health Care Executive Assistants became the first state affiliate of the national organization, Health Care Executive Assistants of the American Hospital Association.
