- Participation in THESA's Management Development Program, an 80-hour course developed to meet the needs and interests of healthcare environmental services personnel
- Eligibility for the THESA Registry Program, designed to provide verification of the qualifications of environmental services professionals.
Goals & Objectives
- To improve patient care in Tennessee through education and the study of new developments and techniques related to healthcare environmental services.
- To gain an understanding of the common problems of healthcare institutions and help employees solve identified problems for the benefit of their institutions.
- To develop and implement plans for efficient cooperation with other departments.
- To share knowledge and information for the common advancement of environmental services.
- To share training methods which will promote a high standard of employee efficiency and skill.
