The Executive Report is a weekly
letter to chief executive officers at member institutions from THA President Craig Becker.
It includes up-to-the-minute information about state and federal legislation, CEO changes,
hospital mergers, acquisitions and purchases, and meetings with state and federal
officials. It is mailed in the Friday mailing, which only is sent to CEOs.
The Friday Report newsletter is mailed to chief
executive officers in the Friday mailing every other week. It includes information
pertinent to CEOs, including articles about the Joint Commission on Accreditation of
Healthcare Organizations, the American College of Healthcare Executives, federal and state
rules and regulations, and education programs.
Tennessee Hospitals and Health Systems is an eight-page
monthly newsletter that is mailed to all institutional and personal members of the
association. It provides essential information for key hospital executives, managers and
businesses. It features THA's education, data, managed care and clinical services programs
and services. Guest columns and hospital and health system personnel information also are
included in the newsletter. Advertising is accepted in this newsletter.
THA News Digest is mailed weekly to chief executive
officers in the Friday mailing. It contains brief summaries of newspaper articles from
across the state on general healthcare topics, legislation, specific hospitals and health
systems, and community healthcare activities.
Tennessee Hospitals & Health Systems Boardroom Report
is mailed bimonthly to hospital and health system board members and chief executive
officers at THA member institutions. It includes information of interest to board members,
such as managed care, governing policies and procedures, physician-hospital integration,
and acquisitions, mergers and purchases of hospitals and physician practices.
The Legislative Bulletin is mailed to chief executive
officers each week while the Tennessee General Assembly is in session. It includes bill
descriptions, committee information and requests to contact legislators for action. |
