President
Craig Becker has been president and chief executive officer of THA and its subsidiaries since August 1993.
Prior to joining THA, Mr. Becker was president of the Maine Hospital Association, serving in that position from 1989 to August 1993. He served as vice president of government relations at the New Jersey Hospital Association from 1985 to 1989.
Senior Vice President
Mr. Goodloe came to Solutions Group from the Baptist Health System of East Tennessee. He has over 24 years of experience in healthcare, and is a Fellow in the American College of Healthcare Executives (ACHE).
He received a bachelor’s degree in business administration at Samford University, and a master’s degree in health administration at the University of Houston/Clear Lake.
Vice President
As the most tenured member of Solutions Group, Mr. Byrd has over 31 years of experience in healthcare. He has served as a management consultant with THA and Solutions Group for the past 22 years. Mr. Byrd is a charter member of the Tennessee chapter of the Hospital Information Management Systems Society, and a member of the American Institute of Industrial Engineers and Tennessee Chapter of the Healthcare Financial Management Association.
He has a bachelor’s degree in management from Middle Tennessee State University.
Assistant Vice President
Mr. Reade came to Solutions Group in 1999 from Sumner Regional Medical Center where he was responsible for home health and occupational medicine. He has over 19 years of experience in healthcare.
Mr. Reade has a degree in Physical Education, a M.B.A. in Marketing from Middle Tennessee State University as well as a M.S. in Exercise Physiology from the University of Maine.
Vice President of Tennessee Hospital Insurance Program, a subsidiary of THA Solutions Group
Mr. McMillen came to Solutions Group and THIP in 2005 after 30+ years in the insurance industry. He has a background in marketing, underwriting, risk management, and management.
Mr. McMillen has a B.B.A. in Banking and Finance from the University of North Texas.
Resources Coordinator
Ms. Sellars came to Solutions Group in June 2006 after acquiring her bachelor’s degree in marketing from Western Kentucky University. Her primary responsibilities include the management and marketing of Solutions Group vendors, and assisting member hospitals with various Solutions Group programs. She is also largely responsible for the running and upkeep of Solutions Group’s online recruiting tool, TNHealthJobs.Net.
Executive Assistant
Ms. McArthur started working with THA and THA Solutions Group in 2004 after three years at LifePoint Hospitals working for THA's 2006 Board Chairman. Ms. McArthur has been in the healthcare arena for 15 years. Her primary responsibilities include assisting Mr. Becker, Mr. Goodloe and both THA and THASG Boards.
