THA Solutions Group

THA Solutions Group, the for-profit arm of the Tennessee Hospital Association, has been delivering value to the members of THA for over 32 years through access to high quality programs and services. Revenue share earned from these relationships helps offset THA expenses in order to keep dues lower for the THA membership.

Mission

THA Solutions Group brings value to the THA membership by providing relevant, cost effective, quality products and services in a way that supports THA priorities.

Vision

THA Solutions Group:

  • is a valued resource for members,
  • positively impacts hospitals that utilize our programs, and
  • provides significant revenue to THA.

Strategic Goals

  • Understand and meet the needs of our members.
  • Investigate and, if appropriate, implement 3-5 new strategic initiatives in the next 3 years.
  • Objectively review programs against established criteria, determine the appropriateness of the programs and respond accordingly.
  • Grow revenue by average of 10-15% annually.

Types of Vendor Relationships

THA Solutions Group has developed contractual relationships with a variety of vendors for members to access. Revenue share earned from these relationships helps offset THA expenses in order to keep dues lower for the THA membership.

Vendors partner with THA Solutions Group in one of three ways.

  • Strategic Initiatives are THA Solutions Group programs or selected vendors who partner with THA Solutions Group in a focused service offering targeted at the entire range of hospitals and health systems in Tennessee.

    The exclusive nature of a strategic initiative partnership recognizes both the importance of the product and the leadership provided by the vendor. Strategic initiative partners are also strong supporters of the advocacy and education efforts of THA through their significant annual contributions.
  • Preferred Vendors are recognized leaders in their fields and have an exclusive relationship with THA for their specific products.
  • Recommended Solutions also have an exclusive relationship with THA.

In addition to the above categories, some vendors are Corporate Underwriters of THA. Corporate Underwriters participate in association education programs and meetings, and have access to chief executive officers and other staff at member institutions on an exclusive basis. Sponsorship benefits also include marketing, promotional and advertising services. All vendors may become Associate Institutional Members of THA, as well.
