QAPI Snapshot: NEW State Quality Reporting Program for QAPI Compliance
QAPI Snapshot™, is a new state wide quality assurance, data collection, reporting and analysis program available exclusively to THO members. QAPI Snapshot provides hospices with a comprehensive set of performance measures including quality outcomes, patient volumes and mix, quality operations and quality practices. QAPI Snapshot tracks agency-wide performance, as required by the new CoP and supports major national hospice quality efforts, including the NHPCO Quality Partners initiative. For each report, you simply complete an on-line survey and, after a short processing time, download the completed benchmark report.
